I want to provide moms, grandmas, aunts, and friends with the opportunity to buy the princess in there life a boutique style tutu at an affordable price. I just finished an ADORABLE boutique style tutu. I have only seen one done like this and I am so excited to be able to provide you with something a little different. I will post pictures soon!!
